3CX has a Wallboard showing data from one or several queues. We made our JEDWare Custom Wallboard that can show several queues and the queues Agent status for each of the queues on one Wallboard Screen. Our Wallboard is perfect for Call and Contact centers that maintain calls from several sources, and is a great tool for companies that wants to see what is going on in real time. Our Wallboard runs in real time, and can track all queues in your 3CX Phonesystem. The Wallboard shows real time incoming and ongoing calls, and shows every agent in the specific queue’s status. The Wallboard resets its data every day, or per user wish.
Live agent queue and status display
JEDWare wallboard shows all agents for the queues selected. Agents in every queue will show their current status, and show different status for inbound/outbound calls. If an agent’s soft phone/computer is turned off, the wallboard will also indicate this. The Wallboard offers a quick way for agents to see who is either in their current queue or to see what agents are currently busy.
JEDWare wallboard has a customizable design. This means you can choose how you want your wallboard to look. You can add more queues, choose when the SLA statistics turn red. You can even change what queues should be bigger than the others. Because of this, the system will always suit your company, You can view the status of up to 12 Queues at the same time and change the display, for example, if a queue has more agents than others. This allows your JEDWare wallboard to always be used for the amount of Queues you have, whether it's few or many.
